I finally got to the point where I realized that if I wanted to lose weight I couldn't just will it away or do some 2 day miracle diet! I finally figured out that it would take hard work and dedication to the cause. So as I came to realize this I knew it was time to get off the couch put down the chocolate and actually start to try.
Not making excuses but a lot of the weight came from medication that I was on, but I take full responsibility for that as well, I could have been proactive right away and I wasn't. I am 18 years old and I am ready to make a change in my life as I continue college and through my whole life! I hope I have the strength to continue even when I feel like giving up and I hope that I will reach my goal within a year or so!
