Kia Ora Koutou which means hello to all. I'm just 3 days into this. I've promised myself to be under 100kg by Nov 2015 I'm 122kg now. My preferred way of eating has to be Paleo Style, because I tried it for a month last year and I was losing 1kg aweek without exercising and then christmas came and you know the rest. I've also added a daily cardio & strength training to my programme. I've gone and set myself 14 Day Challenge as I will find this achievable. Good luck to everyone and if your on Paleo I would like to be your friend to talk about recipes I guess.
