Macro help!

I can't find the thread that tells you what to set your macros at for weight loss. So, what percentages should I set mine at? I'm a 26 yr old female and 62lbs away from my goal weight. Thanks!
PS all I can remember is I think fat is supposed to be 30% I think. Maybe. I can't remember lol.

There is no set breakdown. It depends on where you're comfortable and what your goals are. I do 40/30/30 carbs, fat and protein.0

Also, just to clarify, to lose weight all you need is to eat less than you burn. Macro's are more about health than weight.0

I have a disability that makes it really hard to exercise (familial spastic paraplegia), so my exercises aren't the same as everybody else's. I don't burn calories much in my opinion. My weight loss comes from my calorie intake mostly. I did mfp 2 years ago and lost 31lbs. I had to build myself up to exercise and am having to do that again.
