I stumbled upon a blog that I look at whenever I feel down or unmotivated:

    Some of them admit to not doing it the healthy way. My eyes got big and jaw hit the floor on a 5'10" girl who is 140 down from 215 and wants to lose another 30 lbs. :huh:
