    I started low carb/low calorie diet, which in the beginning made me feel tired. I'm in the 3rd phase, and am starting to add some complex carbs. I had to start again a few times because I wasn't sticking with the plan. I finally found my stride. I feel like I have more energy now to head to the gym. I was doing the elliptical 60 mins some days. May have to cut that back to 30 mins.
