40 and trying again

Hi there, I have tried this tracking thing before on WW, but always seem to stop or find an excuse why I can't or don't have time anymore....but now 40 going on 41 and I feel I need to lose the weight for me and my kids. So if you have any tricks for staying motivated and tracking I am all ears!!!

    Come here at least once a day. Log a food, exercise or just see what other people are up to. Add some friends too because you can get a lot of motivation from others. Good luck!

    Sorry no tricks. Motivation? Comes from within and honestly it would take you 5 mins to get on here and log. But as Tia said - you could request some friends to help with that accountability. Good luck!
