Need motivation

hello my name is Adrienna... And I am currently trying to lose about 30 to 40 lb. that is about how much I have gained since moving in with my boyfriend... So if anybody has and tips on how I can shed some lbs let me know... Or even just some motivational words.

    racquetball!! Holy crap we just did that today at the gym and it was so much fun I forgot I was working out! Get a friend and do it, I promise you will not regret it. 30-40 pounds!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Cut out soda, drink plenty of water, stay away from desserts, if you go out to eat.. choose healthy foods. Whatever they bring you, automatically box up half of it and save it for the next day. Stay active daily! Inside the house, walk at a mall, or at a gym. Do not eat after a certain time and do not eat when you get bored (drink water). It's better to snack on healthy things through out the day. Read your labels and monitor your intake with the food logs here. Be honest with yourself because sneaking food shows up on the scales!! Don't feel guilty if you have a bad day, we all do, just keep going if you slip up!! Add friends so we can root for you. It's better if you have a team even if they are long distance cheerleaders!! You can do this though. I know you can!
