Lean Bulk Plan with Allergies

Hey guys im planning to do a lean bulk soon and I have a lot of allergies. The main ones that would have been useful are Nuts and Eggs. Can anyone make me a meal plan to hit 2250 calories, 5 meals, two of which are when Im out? Preferably not too costly. Thanks a lot in advance. Also does 1KG (2.2lbs) month sound ok?

2250 calories is low and fairly easy to hit.
What are the allergies other than nuts and eggs?
Eat fattier cuts of meat, full fat dairy, carb dense foods.

here is my meal plan 1) eat food. 2) eat enough until you reach your calorie goal. 3) job done.
sorry to be rude but asking others to write a meal plan is a bit much, why should I write a meal plan for you if you can't be bothered. its not that hard if you take a few minutes to think about it.-1 -

I mean this was for people who could help me out as Im finding it hard to find any bodybuilding meals even some foods would have helped. But even so you didnt really need to comment if thats what you were going to right
