So tomorrow is my first day I'm starting to feel more insecure about my body. Hopefully losing this weight will help

First day of what? Eating right? Working out? A new job?

You didn't mention "senior prom", so it seems you might be under 18, which is against the rules here.

Agreed which is why SparkTeens was recommended earlier on - it's a place where the recommendations and community are designed around the distinctly different needs of a still-growing teenage body. OP you will find what you need there.

6th form is year 12 and 13 (as it's a prom I assume she's in year 13), which is aged 17-18 here in the UK so she could well be 18.

    OP- are you actually 18?

Sixth form is 2 years long. 1st year is 16-17, 2nd year is 17-18. She could be 18.

Absolutely. This thread made me think of a line from one of the success stories: "Don't start tomorrow. I spent ten years starting tomorrow. Start today."

If you want to do something, start now. Tomorrow's not going to make it any easier.
