Hi Everyone. I am new to the board. I am 53 and in relatively good shape. I eat well and exercise, I am a bit of a gym rat. But I have gained about 12 pounds and I have found that they are just not budging!
I am changing up my eating habits. No sugar and no simple carbs. More protein and good fats.
I refuse to accept the weight, because once I do it will bring friends! Been there done that.
So, I am settling in for a slow loss, but a loss none the less.
