Accurate bathroom scales?

Hey everyone,

I wasn't sure where to post this question, but I'm looking to buy some bathroom scales but all the ones previously I have brought have been inaccurate, giving a different reading when I step on, off and on again!
I'm looking to spend £20-£40 max. I am not too bothered about BMI, body fat, bone mass etc... But that would be a bonus if they are accurate and reliable!

Any recommendations or suggestions?

    I got the weight watchers scale in argos I paid 12.99 in sale and u think it was 30 it's still on sale

    They will always do that - even the most expensive ones

    find ones that calibrate before you step on it - my Salter ones do that but I can't remember if they were expensive or not - then take the best 2 out of 3 reading

    no scale measures body fat accurately and the other features you can get on online calculators as they're just formulas

    I bought these recently http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00II1U3LO?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00 and they seem to do the job. They were quite cheap as well. It's just for weight though, no body fat and all that fancy stuff.

    Iv heard good things about Salters and Weight Watchers Scales? Any particular model any of you have which are reliable in your opinion?

    My scale doesn't do that. If I shift my weight forward or back, I can get different readings, though.

    It's an Eat Smart scale. I did no research on scales and know nothing about scale manufacturing. I just bought the one that amazon recommended because it was as good a guess as mine would've been and there was a shot that they'd recommend a good one.

    It works well. It does not send information to my phone.

    I dont need wifi or any fancy readings just weight in pounds will do me fine! :)

    Studies have shown some scales to be reasonably accurate regarding body fat, but consistency is more important when it comes to a daily weigh-in. I want to know a.s.a.p. whether a particular plan of attack is improving or worsening my shape and by how much!

    Two scale lines I've used to measure both weight and body fat percentage consistently are those by Tanita and the FitBit Aria, which has the added benefit of auto-logging. Assuming similar hydration levels (e.g., weigh-in in the morning), you can see below how much more illuminating and consistent Fat Weight (lbs) is than Total Weight (lbs). Great for my needs! If I went by weight alone I might be disappointed and not realize I'd made significant improvements.

    If you need accuracy, agreed there are more advanced tools.

    The Fitbit scales are a bit out of my price range unfortunately.... They seem amazing thou!

    I don't have a scale at home, but the one at the gym seems to be accurate (I weigh the same at both gyms but 5lbs more at the doctor's office scale). I haven't price checked it but I'm going to assume it's expensive. It's a 'detecto' brand scale.

    anyone got the Weight Watchers Glass Body Analyser Scales. They are 14.99 in Argos, half price! With body fat readings x

    I bought a Tanita 384 digital scale from amazon, it's consistent, gives an accurate read-out, matches doctor's weight scale. Doesn't give anything but the weight in various weight measures.
