Hi! Working hard to stay on track and want to do this for me. I'm my biggest cheerleader but it gets hard some days. I feel often like I'm the only one who in the race to lose weight. Just look for check in buddy's.

    Go gals. I always feel the easy bit is saying what you want to achieve, STARTING the journey is much more difficult. The journey begins, you got my support.

    Thank you Dave I want to but she losing the weight I'm doing 1100 cal a day. Zumba twice a week and the gym twice a week is my goal for about 40 to 45. Rate rise there is no specific decrease amount anything is better than where I am today.
