I am at about 3200. I eat a lot of toast, bagels, eggs, nut butters, yogurt, granola, oats, cereal, whole milk, chocolate, cookies, ice cream, etc.

Honestly, anything. Whatever makes you happy, eat it.
  • 4000 cals here...around 400 g carbs, 120g fat and 210g protein a day. "Bulking" is a word that many people misuse. If you want to gain weight, eat everything in your sight. Now if you want to keep the fat off while gaining weight, you should be eating calorie dense, low fat, high carb meals. Keep to wheats, brown rice, chicken, lean turkey, etc. For snacks go for low fat yogurt with granola, freeze grapes, hell even peanut butter in the right about is good for you. Hope this helps

Lower fat meals sometimes work for me when it comes to appetite. As one example, while peanut-butter can be a great way to get in more calories, I've found just a little bit can make me significantly fuller.

OP at your height if you currently weigh less than 60 kilos, please see a medical professional. @nograyarea - How exactly are chicken, lean turkey, and grapes calorie-dense? I'm confused.
  • Easy, pound a massive amount of jasmin rice down your throat, full fat milk, peanut butter, cashew nuts, oatmeal with banana slices. Coconut milk. :)
