    Ermm there wasn't Really a plan to be honest I just threw myself in!

    lots of exercise- swimming zumba and running mainly!
    Logging everything!!! Making sure i didn't go over on calories
    Weighed some foods!
    Cut way down on the fast food (i was eating out several times a week!)
