Hello everyone!
I just picked up these dvds since they were very cheap to buy and I thought it might be fun to try since I am just getting back in to working out other then work outs I get with all the walking I do with my job, anyways have any of you done these dvds and if so what do you think of them? did you lose weight and inches at all? or am I wasting my time with them? thank you

I've seen the first one mentioned quite a bit on here, but have never done either. What's going to lose the weight is a caloric deficit. Exercise is for fitness and creating a larger caloric deficit.
Have fun!0 -
Thanks for your input I've lost weight with just walking at work but I thought doing some dvds at home would be fun since I do not like the gym at all,I was thinking maybe the Valerie one would help shape my arms, legs and belly since losing weight has made it all gross.0

The first one is the one I started with. It was a great way to get back into the routine of working out. Not overly strenuous but depending on how in shape you are it can be a good workout.0

Thank you for your help, have any of you lose weight with it?0

I recently discovered Leslie Sanson from a co-worker. She has a lot of youtube videos for free. She also sells DVDs that have a resistance band included. If you are unsure, try the free videos. I've used the youtube videos and they are helpful to me. I'm new to working out, but apparently, there is a Leslie Sansone group on MFP!
Good luck!0 -
I'm not sure I understand but it seems like walking while watching a DVD might be a dangerous and cumbersome endeavor.
With love,

Looks like another workout DVDs. I have never used such stuffs for my daily work out. I go for walk, jogging in the morning and swimming in the evening.
