Hi guys Iam wwondering If. There are any foods that don't bloat your or prevent it?

    I'm not sure what food does, but I know green tea can help to calm your stomach and make you feel a lot less bloated, if that helps?

    Foods that are rich in potassium help to reduce water weight - bananas, cantaloupe. You can also fill up on foods that have a lot of fiber in them - oatmeal, whole grain sprouted breads, leafy greens, lentils.

    I've found from personal experience that lots of water, asparagus, cucumbers and bananas seem to help me the most.

    What causes people to bloat varies from person to person. Lots of water may help, but some people are better off just avoiding certain foods.

    Thanks guys this is really helpful. Going to try and drink more and try the green tea and foods suggested. Foods like bread, pasta and rice make me bloat. And if I eat a meal all at once my stomach expands! To the point where I look like am ready to give birth! X
