Putting it on

Hi there.
I've just started using this app and seems great. I'm 9stone5 and 5ft 8 and it says I'll be 9stone 11 by February. I do just over 3,000 calories a day. Just wanted to know if this seems realistic to everyone or I need to be doing more

The calculation is based on averages so the only way to know if it's the right amount for you is to try it and see. It looks like you're aiming to gain 1lb per week? If so, then eat at 3000 as a starting point and see how your weight changes. If you're gaining too slowly then eat more, if you're gaining too quickly then eat less.0

Alright. Makes sense, cheers0

Haha those predictions never work out. Just keep doing what your doing and if you don't get the gains you expected, reassess. It's a good guide but there's some trial and error involved.
Good luck0 -
Yeah thought there would be lol. Thank you0
