I used MFP a couple of years ago and it worked very well for me. I had lost around 70 lbs and even had work my way to running in 5Ks. Well , like many other people , one day I just stopped. Eventually I gained back all my weight plus some. I'm doing this again , and this time I plan on making it a full life style change. Any support friends would be greatly appreciated

I've used this app several years ago also. I think my main problem is I just got lazy with everything. I've never been thin so to speak,at my smallest several years ago I was a size 12 and I loved it. But now I'm in a size 16/17 and I'm miserable. I could really use some support to get back to my former happier self.0
