vegetarian on the run!

Hello everyone add me if you want to be friends with a vegetarian. Ive been on this track for about 3 months now. Let me tell you the worst hump has passed! Now I need to make friends that can motivate me to work out and eat right!

Hi!!! I'm a vegetarian too and find it hard to eat healthy things and end up eating a lot of carbs!!!0

@Mthorpe28 Yes its hard to stay away from the carbs! What helps me is making smoothies and juices. I also try to incorporate as many vegetables as I can at least for one meal a day. I am in love witg eggplant and quinoa at the moment. I have also been making homemade oramge juice. Once you start eating more veggies you begin to crave them
@Danieltoal93 I was defintely somebody that could not live without meat! What changed my mind was watching a couple of documentaries on Netflix. After that I kind of became grossed out by meat. Im not going to say I do not crave the cooked meat, but then I remember the documentaries and then it goes away.0
