I workout every day. Each workout is typically 1 hour except on my run days which are longer depending on my mileage. Sundays are my long run days and that is anywhere from 2.5-3.5 hours. I am training for a marathon so that will be reduced once that is over in two weeks.

I lift 5-6 times a week, with each session ranging from 45-50 minutes upto 60-70 minutes.

I usually run for my lunch hour at work unless weather or work conditions prevent it so I would say 3-4 hours a week on running and also attempting a strength training program which is 3 days a week about 45 min each. So total 5-6 hours a week on average.

    Varies.
    Dec 22-28 : 4 hrs 55 mins (295 mins)
    Dec 29-Jan 4: 7 hrs 36 mins (456 mins)

I'm assuming you meant minutes. Only 168hrs in a week.

I usually do 3 hours cardio, and at least 2 hours strength each week. It's a good starting point! I alternate Cardio and Strength days.

    Per week I do
    4 x 1 hour gym cardio
    4 x 20 - 30 minutes strength training
At least 45 minutes brisk walking

So that's a minimum of 365 minutes a week or about 6 hours.

I don't count. But let me see....morning training during the week (5 hours); afternoon training during the week (5 hours). Lots more on the weekends as I'm an endurance cyclist, kayak long distances, and play tennis.

I aim for an hour a day, but a few of those days (well, pretty much every day lately) are brisk walk/jogs. I don't count dancing, lunges, little bursts of jumping jacks, etc I do, but those have to add up to an hour or two.

I get about the same. I don't get how it takes me so long to lift when I am conscious about short rest periods. Only max days do I rest for the next set.
