Sushi help!

Hello All! I was planning to have a Boston Maki Roll for lunch. It is six pieces and has rice, cucumber, lettuce, shrimp and the tiniest dab of mayo. MFP datasbase is saying 30 calories per piece, making the roll 180. That sounds logical to me but I get so annoyed when things aren't restaurant specific sometimes( I know I need to let that go, ha). This place does not offer any info. I shouldn't get so wrapped up. But wasn't sure if anyone has any clue or has any tips on counting sushi in general?

I honestly just take the highest calorie entry for a particular roll and cross my fingers hehe. I don't get to indulge in sushi very often, so when I do, I just log the best I can and move on.0

I typically eat out at local places with no nutritional info; I search through the database and find the one that best matches, or Google search and enter quick calories. I sometimes "deconstruct"--like guesstimate the shrimp, rice, cucumber, mayo, etc. I think for sushi in particular I came across a great "Eat This, Not That" article that analyzed the calories in the typical sushi dishes.0

I skip the rolls and go with sashimi if I'm having to watch my intake. I can eat a ton of tuna & mackerel for the protein/calorie ratio. If I do want rice, I'll get a little bowl on the side and seaweed salad. NOM! Now I want Japanese food.0
