I need a modivation buddy

Hi, my name is Katy. I currently weight 140LB but would like to go down to 115. According to my doctor I'm overweight since I'm only 5'1. I need someone who can motivate me through the day to eat healthy and remind me to do some type of exercise.

    hello everyone I am new to this I have had a lot of struggles and I am currently at 350 pounds and I am not happy about this at all I would like to get healthy and losing weight is part of the answer but the lifestyle of how I eat is more important to control how and what I feel towards food and eating.

    Here's the thing...no one can motivate you other than YOU. And motivation is a misconception anyway. It is DETERMINATION and PERSISTENCE that will win this battle. Set realistic goals for yourself. Hold yourself accountable. Make exercise part of your daily routine, not an optional thing. When you fail...and you will...pick yourself up by the bootstraps and keep going. Realize and accept the fact that no one here got fat overnight, and you are not going to lose it overnight either.
