Only that if your target calories per day is less than 1200, its too aggressive.... otherwise stick with it and you'll see results!0

I was wondering why it adds more calories to eat when I enter my work outs. Does that sound right?0

MFP allows you to "eat back" calories burned. Some choose to do so, others not, and some choose to eat back a portion0
