Getting my old self back.

I've always been a pretty good athlete. I was a 3-sport athlete in highschool and a basketball player in college. I was always around the 190-200lb mark, but around the age of 24 I started having kids and playing sports was no longer the main priority. I went from playing every day to maybe once every other week. Fast forward a few years to the age of 28 and I have swelled up to a whopping 252lbs. That was the beginning of December. After a month of excersing, eating proper portions, and basketball, I find myself down to 238. My goal is to get back to 200, possibly 190. Anyone else care to join me in this journey? Feel free to send me a friend request!

Sorry to see nobody is replying to your post. Just about everyone is down in the Chit Chat forums playing grabass. Perhaps if you can post something incredibly witty like "Sleep with the above poster (Truth!) now!" like that you can get thousands of hits.
Again, sorry for the lack of replies good luck on your journey.0
