Hello,

Any "spoonies" out there who live with chronic pain or chronic illness?

Rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, celiac disease, sjogrens syndrome, and Chiari here.

I have RA. It can make it really challenging, but I am at the gym usually 5-6 days a week. The meds are what make it worse. I am on a daily dose of prednisone to help keep the RA and asthma in check. As much as I try, the eating is getting out of control again and I can't live like that again!
  • I have Lupus SLE. I have difficulty exercising especially in the winter.

Hi I have lupus, Fibro , chiari. I am 46 and want to be fit and lean again. I start to exercise and feel better , then flare up, can't exercise , eat and that vicious cycle. Am on day 4 of clean eating and trying to get fit again by walking and building up to running. X

I have Juvenile onset rheumatoid arthritis. My kick in the rear to get me here is my liver isn't doing well and my rheumy thinks it's fatty liver. I need to start by losing 20-25lbs, then I will make my next goal.
