Deadlifts and leg lifts (on your side, with barbell resting on upper leg....and, LIFT/Ease Down/Repeat)
Yoga has lots of good moves for your rear. Look for Ashtanga, Power Yoga or Yoga for Strength classes/programs. (Not the gentle or meditative ones) Those are the types that really use your own body weight for meaningful resistance.0 -

Just whatever you try to learn, make sure you learn to use proper form. Deadlifts and a whole bunch of other exercises can screw up your back if you don't lift right. Find someone who really knows how to lift right and ask them to help you.0
