Getting my old self back.

I've always been a pretty good athlete. I was a 3-sport athlete in highschool and a basketball player in college. I was always around the 190-200lb mark, but around the age of 24 I started having kids and playing sports was no longer the main priority. I went from playing every day to maybe once every other week. Fast forward a few years to the age of 28 and I have swelled up to a whopping 252lbs. That was the beginning of December. After a month of excersing, eating proper portions, and basketball, I find myself down to 238. My goal is to get back to 200, possibly 190. Anyone else care to join me in this journey?
