what are you craving? You would be surprised with a little digging what you find that you can substitute to make thing "healthier". Brownies? Try the black bean brownie (plus it has a HUGE amount of fiber in it). Just think outside of the box and join pinterest - but beware it is addictive!0

Right here with you. 3 things fix my hunger cravings. Water, prayer, and my why. Also.when you are first getting going. Eat a lot of small meals especially vegetables. Healthy snacks. You will find you will be eating all day long. You got this.!!!!0
