Ok so last christmas, I weighed 89.9 and now jan 04: 88.9. I have been doing dance routines to lose weight. I do them for 49 min+. If anyone want to jion. dance like no one cares. I also do easy youtuibe zumba videos. and I follow cassey ho cealn easy eats and blogilates.

yes, that makes sense. Cause exercise brings up your metabolism. for 4 days exercise I am starting to eat less and getting easily full. I am also making a weightloss book with fotos. every 7 days. I took a foto starting from day 3.0

actually, exercise creates a deficit, which is how you lose weight.
