I've been off and on for a long time now, and some days are easier than others. Lately I've been pretty good though!0

I've just joined Chris & Heidi Powells diet bet, i have to loose 8.3lbs by the end of Jan. So making sure i'm on here every day for inspiration and to keep me on track. When i track i succeed.0

I have found this app a lot easier than trying other diets and have found that I have been under my calories intake which is always good.
I hope you loose 8.3lbs, it is hard at times but with encouragement and inspiration it gives you that extra push to succeed.0 -
I agree, the app is great. I've never really used anything like this before and it's great- I can monitor as I go through the day. It sounds strange but I really love monitoring my progress through the day!0
