:) No carb? How does that work, exactly, just meat and butter?

Give us a more realitis carb goal and we'll try to offer sensible suggestions

Breakfast ideas: Oats. Egg white omlette w/homemade salsa. Small egg white burrito.* Muesli w/fruit.

Lunch: Grilled chicken breast w/steamed veggies/roasted veggies, spinach & salad. (I eat unlimited salad if I am still hungry after any of my meals. No dressing, just a squeeze of lemon juice and some black pepper.)

Dinner: Same as lunch. You can eat any type of lean protein. Chicken breast, turkey, fish. Even steak, just trim the fat.

Snacks: Fruit portions. Cottage cheese and celery. Scrambled egg whites. Protein shakes. Slices of fruit and some but butter. Mini egg white burrito.

*I make my burritos with a homemade mini tortilla. 90 calories each but I try not to eat too many in a day as it can add up.

Salsa is just chopped up tomatoes and onions with seasoning. No oil.

That's extremely low. My 1 banana that I just ate has 27 g carbs.

Breakfast - unsweetened or artificially sweetened greek yogurt. a green smoothie. hard boiled eggs with a small handful of nuts

Lunch - turn your sandwiches into lettuce wraps. Soups

Dinner - lean proteins and lots of veggies, I LOVE zucchini noodles when they're in season

Snacks - nuts, cheese sticks, veggies with hummus

Drinks - flavored seltzer if you don't like plain water and need to transition from soda, green and herbal teas.

I have other stuff that doesn't come to mind but my diary is open, you just might need to go back a few weeks for some of the healthier options, I've been bad lately!

    Dinner idea: Shrimp bowl.

Basically put in shrimp and whatever vegetables you want.

    Sample:
    12 pieces jumbo shrimp
    diced tomatoes
    dices cucumbers
    chopped green onion
    diced pepper (any colour)
    lima beans
    Salsa

I like to have a carb in there (couscous or quinoa) but it's of course optional.

Don't leave your carbs, you need them! and don't get desperate if you had longer time doing this you wouldn't have to be on crazy diets with low carbs or no carbs... This takes time and dedication

I'd recommend going over to the low carb group here and asking for advice. You'll get lots of ideas from people who are low carbing.
