Here is what I got for you
Daily calories to maintain weight (TDEE) 3218
Daily calories based on goal in step 6 2574
but I didn't have your age so call it 2300 and eat that per day... IF you don't lose weight for a week... then readjust down by 100 cals per day... you will find the sweet spot.0 -
the other link would put you about 2100 per day.... not 1600...0

Lol thank u. I'm going with 2100 per day, and after a week make adjustment if need be0 -
sounds good to me.. much better than 1200 lol I think you will be pleasantly surprised when you find the sweet spot0
