Starting from scratch...again

Hi! I'm 24, 5"6 and currently weighing 116kg.

This was also my starting weight last time I lost weight! :(

I spent around 3 months working out and eating healthy and lost about 20kg. I was strong and fit and had gained a lot of muscle. As soon as I went back to university my workouts slowly stopped and my eating habits returned to that of a lazy student. I've spent the last year focused on my studies and ignoring it but I've now decided enough is enough. Currently my "big" goal is to reach 80kg. When I was slim I was always heavy so hope to see how I look at that weight and go from there. My current small goal is to lose around 1-2kg a week. I'm not putting as much focus on exercise this time as the amount I was doing before isn't sustainable long term so I'm working out around 3 times a week.
I've never contributed to a forum before but just looking for people in a similar position for some encouragement and motivation. A friend recently said "if you've lost weight before you'll do it again" but I'm feeling that it's hardie this time already.

Let me know what your goals are!

  • Hi. I am 19 years old and a freshman in college. I have tried losing weight many times but failed miserably with my nutrition. I need support just to know that I can do this. All I do is work out but I know nothing will happen if I don't do the nutrition part. I'm looking for people in the same situation.

Can't wait to hear from you guys!
