I ran 3 miles at 5mph at a 2 incline in 35 minutes and some odd seconds. I have been hitting 3 miles but have always had to reduce my speed to get there and not today!!

I did 8 regular pushups! 4 at once in two sections. It was AWESOME!0

Made it through an intense 45 minute workout class without feeling like dying afterward!0
