Here's my blog site with a newly added under 100 calorie margarita to celebrate Cinco De Mayo! I also have a lot of other low cal / low fat recipes (A few I even found on here such as the peanut butter cups and the baked potato soup! - Thanks to polar5554 and lina1131, everyone loves them!) Check it out!

love your blog, but if you use EVOO on your sweet potato fries, how does that make them 0g fat????

Thanks for the catch on that, i needed to add a few other directions and change it to 2 g of fat per serving. I use very very little then spray them with pam to make them crispy. I knew I was missing a step!

lol no probs, i was hoping you'd found a fat free oil, i know its not going to happen, but one can wish lol, some of the recipes look so fab i might even be able to get my totally unhealthy hubby to try them, awesome site thanks!

Maybe we can invent one? Lol. I somehow convince myself that since we're cooking it and heating it up that all the fat cooks out?Wishful thiking! My Favorite one is the baked potato soup that lina1131 posted. I re-made it with all low fat ingredients and was able to fulfill my need for creamy fatty tasting goodness!
