Do you know how to change the serving size to cup measurements? I use my home computer to track my food intake and I cannot find this feature.0

@allie0630 I didn't have a gym membership at that point, so I did exercise videos. I really liked walking off the pounds... I also started walking short distances outside. When I first started I could barely make it around my block, and last Sept I finished my first half marathon! It gets easier, I promise. Just stay consistent and try to do something everyday, even if its just 10 minutes!
