First week trying this!!!

Hey, I'm Justin. This is my first week using myfitnesspal and I'm trying to lose around 80 lbs. I've been fairly active but still pretty big my whole life. I've decided it's time to quit trying to diet to get rid of the weight, it's time for a lifestyle change to get healthy and stay that way. I'm hoping this helps!

    This is my first day...please add me and maybe we can all help each other.. I quit smoking and gained some weight. I need all the support I can get!!

    Nice! You'll lose that weight in no time! Remember, just keep at the exercise (even if it's only a little) and eat right. All about repetition and consistency. :) good luck!
