I'm celebrating the small victories!
I consistently worked out this week.
I've tracked all (and I do mean ALL) my food this week.
I haven't eaten ANY fast food.
I feel awesome.

Very well done! I mean you have to take this journey one day at a time or should I say one meal at a time. If I mess up on one meal I don't cheat the rest of the day.0

I'm celebrating with YOU @girlinprocess !
Each night, I prepped all my meals for the next day.
Each day, I ate according to my plan and logged it in MFP.
And, I've done all my workouts. 3 days of weights and 3 days of running.

I found this as key, I always looked at the big goal and got dissapointed when it took too long and strayed...still do it sometimes but small goals keep you on track and winning0
