I always liked being active, eating healthy and taking care of myself, but every few years/ months I go through my 'Britney' phase where I let myself 'go', followed by my 'Paris' phase where I have people asking me if I want a sandwich.....lol
Well,I gave birth to a healthy baby boy in 2013 and I am fresh out of excuses on why I still look like I gave birth a month ago.
The fact is,I am struggling to adjust to my new schedule and to bounce back - enter support groups- and I always feel fatiqued and since I am currently unemployed, there is no money for fancy supplements. This is still no excuse. Xena warrior princess and GI Jane did not have any supplements either - but they were fictional, just like my six pack
See,how I argue with myself? It is the fat fighting me because it knows I am getting ready to push back. I want to eat clean and train mean, have fun doing it and live a healthier life. I want to go from 60kg sloth to 53kg fine tuned machine and be a healthy example for my boy.....
And maybe, just maybe,I can quit smoking someday too...

Losing weight and quitting smoking begin with your mind, if either or both are something you want to achieve , only you can make that happen , just being here today is your first step. Keep logging in daily, that alone will give you awareness to the calories you consume, it's really fun to earn extra calories by exercising, good luck!0

Thank you for the motivation loujen1. I agree and I think it will go hand in hand. In previous years I noticed that when I trained ,I smoked less without trying. My body did not crave as much nicotine and I did not like smoking an hour before and after my session because I could not breathe properly during cardio.
If I eat well,I will not get hungry (I smoke when I am hungry) and if I train I will crave less.
One day at a time.
