getting started seems to go okay. It's sticking with it I have a hard time with. I need to be prepared to be successful. Working on it.

  • I agree am I am the same way. I am very excited about started this new journay it just hard sticking to it. I really need to start planning my meals better.
  • That's the key. I have to cook so I have healthy lunches and dinner on the days I work. We were poor growing up and lived on hamburger. I need to kick that and eat leaner meats. I did discover eating a lot of veggies is so filling! I couldn't make my calories those days.

    I have hard time sticking with it . Plus I've never been at my goal weight since about 30 years ago .
