i need ideas for a high protein, high carb, low fat dinner with no more than 490 calories.

    A big salad with lots of veggies, a piece of chicken, turkey or fish with some spices, olive oil and red wine or balsamic vinegar!

    Take the skin and the fat off the chicken breast. Fill up the rest of your plate with a variety of veggies/starchy veggies and enjoy.

    For me: I get a big Eye Fillet Beef steak 250-300g raw (cooked med-well) and boil about 75g carrots and 75g broccoli, 20g baby spinach and a standard tomato (60g I think). If that doesn't fill you up I don't know what will and the veggies only take up about 100 calories if that so you get all the calories from the nicer high protein beef steak! Tip: season the steak with salt and pepper and I've found I don't need condiments like tomato/bbq sauce.
