Been using for a while but never blogged before

I love this application and have been using it on and off for a few years. I used to keep all my food in a handwritten journal and use nutrician books from my chef husband to figure out all the calories and such. This certainly is less time consuming. The reason I have started to blog is because I am having a harder time than ever staying on track. So i guess i could use some support and maybe some great recipe ideas. I am a wife, mother of 2 boys, restaurant owner, landlord, and network security engineer. I really don't have any time and because of this have comforted myself with too many bad habits. Too many drinks and comfort food and made it so I can't fit into my pants anymore. I hope that if I make some friends on here that I can stay positive and motivated.
