weird stuff you do at the gym/track

I get into wide squat position and just sit there for a while with my elbows resting on my quads. Feels so good to stretch my hip flexors but I get the funniest looks cus I will just stay there for much longr than needed. What's your weird habit?

    Sometimes the horse I ride for exercise will relieve so much of my chronic back pain that I will crack up for no reason mid-ride!
  • Bouncing my head to music that I am really into while on the treadmill and sometimes singing along. Luckily no one is in there when I do it lol

    I tend to zone and hum/sing to my music while running... I guess the people around me don't appreciate it :o
  • Sit on the abduction whachamacallit machine with the pin set for widest and the weight set on highest. Reading/texting for about 15 minutes to work on range of stretch.... in the main room... with stuff pointed at everyone cuz that's how the machine is directioned.
