Biggest Loser!

We started the biggest loser challenge at work today! I restarted my diet after a week of doing so good just so I can see how far I can go within the 12 weeks we are doing this challenge. I hope that with motivation I can stick with my exercise plan and healthier eating habits and succeed. I have always been a start and stop kind of person when it came to things like this. So lets see how this turns out lol.
