Hello everyone from a very windy London, England!

Hey everyone I'm Amy and I just joined MFP tonight :) It's 3.35am but I'm nocturnal so it's not unusual to see me awake and functioning at this time. I joined as I want to build upper body strength, start running, improve my posture (I'm a sloucher), lose a couple of kg's in weight and a few inches off my stomach. If you want to add me as a friend I'd be happy as long as you don't laugh when you see 'wall pushups' as I'm way too weak to do proper ones :blush:

I'm starting running well by that I mean brisk walking for the first week 3 times a week (as planned) on Monday that gives me the weekend to get prepared and will be starting the push ups and carrying on with basic yoga on Monday too. I MUST be prepared hehe
