Spirooli/Spirilizer recipe ideas

Just got a spirilizer and after recipes or ideas. So far have made Zucchini noodles and combo carrot/zucchini and just sauted in olive oil and used as subsitute for pasta. Pretty good so far.

    I just got a spiralizer, too and would love to revive this thread!
    Made Thai peanut sauce with carrot and zucchini noodles tonight. Delicious and super easy.
    Hoping to do a truffle low-fat mac and cheese this weekend with butternut squash noodles instead of pasta.

    They are great. I am still using mine. Usually do zuchinni and carrot and sub for pasta once a week. I still have a bit of pasta mixed though but instead of 100 grams now only using 20 grams :)

    Which one do you ladies have? I am looking at them as well but I'm a little worried the "big white plastic" one might not hold up???
