Welcome. Read some of the sticky posts. They contain a wealth of information. Complete your goals. MFP builds in a deficit calorie amount based upon your BMR and weight loss/week goal. Eat those calories plus most or all of your exercise calories. Log your food and watch the weight come off.0

Well hi! And welcome! I'm new to this site as well, but definitely not new to the world of ATTEMPTED weight loss... Albeit I've yet to be successful lol. But I'm feeling pretty confident this time around, and I have a great desire to succeed. So I think with all the support this site provides and all the great people I've already met, I will be victorious this time!
