Hello, I'm new-ish

I have had an account before but didn't stick with it.
So I deleted it. This time, I have some health issues that have help scare me into trying to lose weight. So that's what brings me to MFP.
I have a lot lot lot lot of weight to lose. I'm embarrassed to say how much. I've lost weight before but always through a very very low calorie diet. This time, I've discovered that I can pretty much eat about 1800 calories a day and still lose weight.
I wish I knew this before because that's a lot of food and I do not feel too hungry. This past December I lost 14 lbs.
I'm trying to lose lots more and I feel overwhelmed by how much I have to go. But for my health, I can't give up.
