Live in the UK and want to lose 40 lb, would like female friends with similar amount to lose and age 55+

    65 yrs young looking to lose 30 lbs hobbies sewing (winter hobby) and golf . I live in maine so winters are cold and boring. Hard to get outdoors to walk because I hate the cold whst do you do to keep busy

    67 years on this earth and looking to lose 5 lbs for now, eventually want to lose 100. Live in South Carolina where it seems cold to me but wouldn't to someone from Maine. I can't do much exercise due to problems with my lungs (disease, not copd).

    walk to work and wearing the dogs out trying to get my 10,000 steps. Like to knit and just started learning to play the ukulele.
