Today has been a twofer. Maybe even a three or four-fer. I stepped on the scale this morning after staying away from it for a couple of weeks. I was out of town for work and then my husband was home for the weekend and a week night and I was POSITIVE it was going to be bad. I figured I had to do it though. And I'm at 179! In the 170s again for the first time in years! A loss of 2 lbs since I stepped on the scale a couple of weeks ago.

AND I'm currently rocking a size M top and a pair of size 12 jeans!

AND I ran for 3.35 miles last night for W9D1 of C25k which I'm kind of taking as a graduation from the program. I'm still running, I have a 5k scheduled for May 22nd, but I don't need the program to work me up to either 3 miles or 30 minutes any more.

I'm officially past the halfway point to my goal weight. 21 lbs down since the beginning of the year!

That is amazing! You are doing so great. I think the "free" days are necessary to boost weight loss. I have one a week and I'm pretty steady with loss. Congratulations!!!!!
